Returns
We accept unworn, unused merchandise purchased from the Brixton website in its original packaging with tags included for a refund of the product. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You have 30 days from the ship date to return your goods. If your product was received damaged due to shipping or manufacturing, please call or email our team for assistance.
All returns not subject to damage or manufacturer defect are required to incur a return shipping label cost of 6.50$ which will be deducted from total refund once product is received and processed.
NOTE: Any product that is marked down in our SALE section(s) is not eligible for any refund or exchange. All sales are final.

Step 1: Find a cloth measuring tape or a length of string long enough that it can be wrapped around the circumference of your head.
Step 2: Looking in a mirror, begin measuring by wrapping the string or cloth tape around your head where a hat would comfortably sit. We suggest measuring about an inch above the brow, a finger width distance above the ear and across the most prominent point of the back of your head.
Step 3: Mark the point where the two ends of the string or tape join together. If using a string, lay flat against a measuring tape to get your measurement in inches or centimeters.
Step 4: Be sure to measure twice for accuracy and review our sizing chart to select the size that will best suit you. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

HEAVY DUTY THICK
Messer Fedora - Light Moss
Replaced my stolen hat with the same because I really liked the style and colour. Brim maintains shape. Very comfortable and great fit. Get lots of "I really like your hat and colour" comments. Postage was a little slower than I expected.

As this product was purchased on sale, Brixton's T&Cs does not allow you to return it for a refund, exchange or credit. While that can be understood if you'd purchased the product in store, and had the opportunity to try it on, it's a bit different when purchased online. I find the inflexibility highly inappropriate and it's something that leaves me not wanting to purchase from Brixton again. Just because it may be in line with consumer legislation doesn't mean you can't rise above it.
My friend really likes the hat, but it’s too big for his head. I bought a xL straw hat from Brixton for him last summer and it fit just fine. What can we do?
bad photo and bad service
It's not the same hat as in the photo, you will wait several days before we keep you informed of what is happening with their error, and in the end, after a few weeks and no more discounts from others retailers or hat available in this kind, you find yourself back to square one.

Great hat for the beach
Perfect
After swapping a large size for a medium (what was I thinking?)… I just test-drove this hat at dusk in Tofino. Then, I was thinking… hmmm, too much for hanging out at the beach? Nope… perfect feel, look, and coverage. Love it! Especially the ability to adjust the rim so it fits just right.

Very nice color very comfy
It is a very comfortable hat! I like the adjust Velcro because the medium is to small but the large is a bit loose. So to tighten just enough is awesome.
