Returns
We accept unworn, unused merchandise purchased from the Brixton website in its original packaging with tags included for a refund of the product. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You have 30 days from the ship date to return your goods. If your product was received damaged due to shipping or manufacturing, please call or email our team for assistance.
All returns not subject to damage or manufacturer defect are required to incur a return shipping label cost of 6.50$ which will be deducted from total refund once product is received and processed.
NOTE: Any product that is marked down in our SALE section(s) is not eligible for any refund or exchange. All sales are final.

Step 1: Find a cloth measuring tape or a length of string long enough that it can be wrapped around the circumference of your head.
Step 2: Looking in a mirror, begin measuring by wrapping the string or cloth tape around your head where a hat would comfortably sit. We suggest measuring about an inch above the brow, a finger width distance above the ear and across the most prominent point of the back of your head.
Step 3: Mark the point where the two ends of the string or tape join together. If using a string, lay flat against a measuring tape to get your measurement in inches or centimeters.
Step 4: Be sure to measure twice for accuracy and review our sizing chart to select the size that will best suit you. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Never Received Hat Exchange - Terrible Customer Service
I placed an order for a hat on Jan 23rd. My hat was too big so I returned it to exchange for a smaller size. I used their USPS return label. It shows they received my hat on Feb 10th. Today is Feb 24th and they have never shipped my a new hat or refunded my money. I have contacted customer service 3 times. So much for the excitement of getting to wear my hat. Now I'm just out a bunch of money AND a hat.

I’ve always wanted a hat like this. I finally went for it. Brixton makes the classic fisherman cap in my opinion so it was an easy choice of brands! When I ordered, I got a little overwhelmed by all the size options but the sizing chart was actually really helpful. I’m glad I took the time to take measurements because I ended up ordering the perfect fit. It looks cute with my hair down or even up in a low messy bun. Looking forward to getting lots of use out of this cap!
brixton makes amazing hats. i’m almost exclusively a newsboy hat wearer, but i thought it might be time to diversify a bit. this fiddler hat is exactly like everything else brixton does -classic & traditional with a modern silhouette. i’m really happy with it.

It’s a cute but it was damaged
This hate is sized very small just in case you are ordering. Definitely size up. The hat I got was shipped in a plastic bag - not even a box! Zero protection and it came damaged. I gave up on it because the colour really didn’t suit me and the plaid version wasn’t even available here.
