Returns
We accept unworn, unused merchandise purchased from the Brixton website in its original packaging with tags included for a refund of the product. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You have 30 days from the ship date to return your goods. If your product was received damaged due to shipping or manufacturing, please call or email our team for assistance.
All returns not subject to damage or manufacturer defect are required to incur a return shipping label cost of 6.50$ which will be deducted from total refund once product is received and processed.

Step 1: Find a cloth measuring tape or a length of string long enough that it can be wrapped around the circumference of your head.
Step 2: Looking in a mirror, begin measuring by wrapping the string or cloth tape around your head where a hat would comfortably sit. We suggest measuring about an inch above the brow, a finger width distance above the ear and across the most prominent point of the back of your head.
Step 3: Mark the point where the two ends of the string or tape join together. If using a string, lay flat against a measuring tape to get your measurement in inches or centimeters.
Step 4: Be sure to measure twice for accuracy and review our sizing chart to select the size that will best suit you. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

I love the hat, love that I can finally buy xs sizes. My issue is 6 days shipping for $20. Not right. Brixton needs to fix that. Not concerned its a hat, the box and packing protects it. Shouldn't take 6 days from anywhere in the US to the Chicago area. Otherwise its a 5 star product. Anyway, I will buy again, love the product, love the quality!! Get the shipping right..

United StatesI love this hat and get compliments on it pretty regularly. It’s definitely stiffer and thicker than I was expecting and it had a bit of a smell when I first got it which has aired out since. It’s a good summer hat except due to its thickness is not as breathable as most straw hats I’ve worn. The brim is nice and large and the adjustable band inside is perfect to get a snug fit so it doesn’t fly off in the wind. This is true to size of 7 1/4. I wear it almost everyday. A new fav along with the cohen cowboy which I also picked up around the same time. Brixton hats are legit.

I’m more than impressed with the Brixton Field Proper hat. Delivery was prompt & when I unpacked my order the first thing I noticed was the degree of quality in every aspect. I was even happier when I tried it on & the fit was perfect. I have a history of skin cancer on my nose so I always wear a hat outside. The quality was great but it was a bit big for my head. The price is a bit on the high end but the quality justifies it. However, their customer service, mainly the returns department needs to be more proactive and respond faster to emails. I had to wait 3 weeks for someone from that department to reply to my email
